We assist fashion brands from design concept and project management all the way through to bulk production and logistics. How do we do this? With our variety of services designed to help all fashion brands with as little or as much as they need.
We work with a small pool of private label clothing manufacturers, we do this to concentrate on quality, certifications and building up strong relationships. We connect our clients with ethical and sustainable manufacturers based on their fabric requirements, product type as well as personal preferences.

INCLUSIVE PROJECT PACKAGE SERVICES
Our Project Package services have been carefully created after years of assisting brands. Your designated Senior Designer and Project Manager will lead the entire process of design, development and bulk production.
The project package includes the basic amount of communication, management, sourcing and development suited for a standard range of about 6 styles, however, every brand is different so we will of course customise a package to suit your needs.

Step 1: Concept & Design
Getting started on your first range can be a bit overwhelming, that is why we set you up with one point of contact for the entire process. Your Visionsie Senior Fashion Designer and Project manager will take you through the process of design handover for tech packs, fabric sourcing, setting timelines, development, quotation and lastly, we will create a collection budget and pricing strategy for you to ensure you are financially ready to take your brand into the next stage which is Sampling your product.
*Please note the cost of design services exclusive to your brand are not included in the cost of Step 1*
Step 2: Development & Sampling
Now that you have your designs, garment quotations and your collection budget confirmed, you are ready to get your samples done! Throughout this stage, your Project Manager will communicate back and fourth with the factory, suppliers and your team until your samples are correct and confirmed. You will also be quoted for required fitting, sample and design reports. These reports are crucial in order to ensure every part of the development process is clearly documented and updated. Your final tech packs and samples is what will be the instructions and proof of purchase for your next step of ordering your bulk production. Read more about sample types and requirements.
You are welcome to be on CC with the factory throughout this process if you would like to learn how to manage this yourself for future ranges, it is totally up to you!
Step 3: Bulk Production
The most exciting and nerve-wracking part! This is when you place your bulk production order. As part of the quality control process, there are still a couple of sample rounds during this stage such as PP and shipping samples.
Once bulk production begins your Project Manager will monitor its progress, assist with quality control and be in touch if there are any bumps in the road. Then once the bulk product is complete, our team will be in touch and provide you with a logistics quote to get your product on it’s way to you.
DIRECT-TO-MANUFACTURER SERVICE
If you are confident in managing the process from start to finish yourself and do not feel it is necessary to have a Project Manager, then this service would suit you best. You have access to all of the resources and benefits of being a Visionise client, but you are managing the process yourself and you can book additional services on a need basis. This service is a once-off payment based on tech pack approval, we need to make sure the manufacturer can take on your product type before we can commit to recommending a suitable manufacturer.
You will have access to all of the resources of a full-service Visionise client such as; timeline, tracking and management system, business resources, templates and direct communication with the manufacturer with flexible options to book design, fitting, quality control or management assistance when needed.
