Once you are onboarded, the process is straightforward – You manage the relationship with your factory directly, and we set you up for success from day one.
1. Request a production quotation
The first step is getting accurate pricing on your styles. Quoting garments is a detailed process — it involves sourcing fabric costs, contacting trim and print suppliers, and consulting with garment technicians on construction complexity. The cost for arranging production quotes is AUD $150.
To quote accurately, we will need:
- Tech packs for each style. If you do not have tech packs yet, let us know and we will send a design brief template so we can build them for you: TECH PACKS
- Your intended purchase order (PO). We can provide a template, or list the units per colour/style you want quoted (for example 100 / 250 / 500) — this will affect your price.
- Target FOB USD price (optional but helpful). A realistic target based on your MOQ and product type helps the factory assess feasibility before investing in detailed calculations.
2. Quote and factory match
We assess your product type and requirements to determine the best-suited factory from our network. We may provide two quotes if alternative options make sense for your project. 3. Review and approve your quote
You assess the production costs, ask questions, and approve when you are ready.
4. Sign the Manufacturing Agreement
Once approved, we arrange the formal Manufacturing Agreement to protect you and your IP throughout the process.
5. Meet your manufacturing team
We make the introduction to your dedicated factory team. From this point, you communicate directly, managing samples, revisions, bulk orders, and delivery timelines yourself.
6. Access Visionise on-demand

Once we make the introduction, you email, message, or call the factory team directly to manage sample feedback, approve production details, and coordinate shipping. Visionise is not involved in the day-to-day unless you request additional support. You can request our assistance at any time through our on-demand services.
An MOQ is the minimum number of units a factory will produce per style, per colour (sizes inclusive). Our partner factories offer flexible MOQs suited to small and growing brands, which means you do not need to commit to large production runs to get started.
