Before sending parcels overseas to our Manufacturers, you must first check with them about regulations of import taxes and QTY regulations. Taxes are based on the commercial value of the goods, and the receiver must approve the commercial value before sending.
For items such as samples and fabric swatches that may not have a commercial value, you must label them as ‘samples’ and determine a price that is not occurring unnecessary taxes, but still fair.
If goods estimated values are unrealistically under-valued, customs may re-value them.
Any taxes occurred by your parcels will be invoiced back to you.

INDONESIA: No more than 10 pieces per package is allowed through customs. Indonesia has 100% import duties, so please keep item values low but realistic. Accessories or small items such as swing tags are accepted with more than 10 pieces, but if in doubt, check with us first.
